    Join the tester group

    Open DriveLab Testers using the same Google account that is signed into the Play Store on your Android device, then click Join group. Membership is accepted immediately.

    Opt in and install

    Open the Google Play test page, choose Become a tester, and install DriveLab from Google Play.

    Use the same network

    Connect the Android device and BeamNG PC to the same local Wi-Fi or LAN.

    Enable BeamNG protocols

    In Options → Other → Protocols, send OutGauge to UDP 4444 and MotionSim to UDP 4445 at the Android device IP.

Already using the old website build? Join the test and check whether Google Play offers an update. Do not uninstall first if you need to keep local DriveLab data.

FAQ

The important questions.

What is TrackLab?

TrackLab records a route from BeamNG MotionSim position data, then turns it into an automatically timed circuit or point-to-point stage. Full Edition adds unlimited run time, live delta, ghost position, sectors, and optimal-lap analysis.

What is RaceLink?

RaceLink is DriveLab Full Edition multiplayer. The host opens a private lobby first, friends join by code or invitation, and everyone can chat before a course is selected. The host saves the TrackLab setup, drivers mark Ready, and one synchronized countdown starts the race. No Discord or BeamMP integration is required.

Does it require a program on the PC?

No. DriveLab receives BeamNG.drive's built-in OutGauge and MotionSim UDP data directly over your local network.

How do I join the closed test?

Open the DriveLab Testers Google Group using the same Google account, click Join group, then open the Google Play test opt-in page. Choose Become a tester and install from Google Play.

What works during the current test?

Testers can preview every dashboard through Demo Mode. During this approval test, the Live tab is the section that connects to BeamNG telemetry.

Will DriveLab still have a free version?

Yes. After production approval, DriveLab will remain available in a free version, with an optional paid full-version upgrade. Testers who actively participate and remain opted in through the required testing period may receive complimentary full access after release. No public rating or positive review is required.

Why must I stay opted in?

The closed test must remain active continuously before DriveLab can request production access. Please remain opted in and keep the app installed for at least 14 continuous days.

Is driving telemetry uploaded?

Solo telemetry remains local between the BeamNG PC and Android device. RaceLink is opt-in and sends only the temporary room, course, chat, progress, lap, sector, and result data needed for participating phones.

How are updates delivered?

The closed-test build is installed and updated through Google Play. DriveLab no longer requires a website APK or the old external update installer for the Play version.
